Victorian Era Cafe in Hongdae

Victorian Era Cafe in Hongdae

(At least we think it’s Victorian Era :P)

Question: Who here DOESN’T occasionally imagine themselves as a British noble in the 19th century? Yea we thought so. Because of skyrocketing demand for Seoulites to travel back in time to the ye ol days of the Queen (or maybe just for a fun, quirky and unique theme), this cafe in Hongdae is decorated with chandeliers, lamp shades with dangling pearls, big poofy dresses and foo foo fifi hats. The cafe name is also pretty accurate: “Palace-like Cafe Where a Princess Lives” (공주가 사는 궁전같은 카페). And guess what? You’re the princess!
